About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Children's Services team in Stanmore. Key Responsibilities • Provide consistent and person-centred care and support to children and young people. • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal times, and educational activities. • Support children in accessing community activities and fostering social interaction. • Implement individual care plans, observing and reporting on progress and any concerns. • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within the children's residence. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic support. • Engage in a variety of shifts, including waking nights, sleep-ins, twilight hours, long days, nights, and days, to provide continuous care.
