Key Responsibilities • Provide consistent and appropriate care and support to children and young people, promoting their independence and life skills. • Engage in activities and promote a positive and stimulating environment for the children. • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal times, and educational support. • Safeguard the welfare of the children, adhering to all policies and procedures. • Document observations and contribute to care planning in conjunction with the wider team. • Act as a positive role model, encouraging good behaviour and healthy relationships. • Transport children to appointments, activities, or school safely and punctually.
