Working within a supportive children's residential environment, you will lead shifts, guide a dedicated team of support workers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering atmosphere where young people can thrive and reach their full potential. As a driving role, you will also play a key part in promoting independence and engagement by facilitating community access, attending appointments, and supporting young people with educational and leisure activities.
