Key Responsibilities • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people with diverse needs. • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. • Support children and young people in engaging with educational, social, and recreational activities. • Promote independence, life skills, and positive choices. • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for those you support. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic care. • Document care effectively and communicate any concerns appropriately.
