Deputy Manager - Level 3 About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our Children's Services team in Cannock. This is a vital role where you will support young people in a residential setting, helping them to thrive and achieve their full potential. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our residents. You will work closely with the Manager to oversee care plans, guide a team of support workers, and uphold the highest standards of child-centred care.
