Team Leader About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in London SE27. This is a vital role where you will play a key part in providing outstanding care and support to children within our service. As a Team Leader, you will guide and motivate your team to deliver person-centred care, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. You will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations, bringing your leadership skills to foster positive outcomes for the children in our care. We have a variety of shifts available, including waking nights, sleep-ins, twilights, long days, nights, and days, offering flexibility across a 40-hour week. Key Responsibilities • Leading and motivating a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care. • Overseeing daily routines and activities, ensuring all children's needs are met. • Providing direct support and care to children, acting as a positive role model. • Supporting the development and implementation of individual care plans. • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. • Promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere for both children and staff. • Liaising effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals when required.
