About the Role We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Children's Services team in Liverpool. In this permanent, full-time position of 40 hours per week, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children and young people. Key Responsibilities • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people, safeguarding their wellbeing and promoting their development. • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal times, and educational activities, adapting to individual needs and preferences. • Support children and young people in accessing community activities, fostering social inclusion and independence. • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning, working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals. • Ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for the children and young people in our care, upholding our high standards of service.
