About the Role We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our Children's Services team in St Albans. As a 'driver support worker', you will play a crucial part in enabling young people to access educational, social, and recreational activities within the community. You will be a source of stability and encouragement, helping them navigate daily routines and achieve their personal goals. This is a permanent contract with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, offering a variety of shifts to suit different preferences, including day, night, long day, twilight, sleep-in, and waking night.
