As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and development of the children we support, working closely with our committed team of care professionals. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate daily care activities, ensuring high standards of support are consistently met. • Provide guidance and mentorship to care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. • Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans, tailored to the specific needs of each child. • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. • Act as a positive role model, promoting independence and life skills for the young people in our care. • Undertake driving duties as required, supporting children's access to education, appointments, and recreational activities. • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to support the holistic development of the children. • Contribute to staff supervision and team meetings, promoting continuous improvement and effective communication.
