Team Leader - Level 3 About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in Lancashire. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and a safe, nurturing environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care staff, promoting best practice and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. • Oversee the implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are person-centred and responsive to the needs of each young person. • Support and mentor staff, assisting with their professional development and fostering a positive team culture. • Manage shift rotas, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and allocate duties effectively. • Act as a positive role model, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding. • Collaborate with external professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support for young people. • Participate in regular supervision, training, and team meetings.
