Registered Manager - Children's Services About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our children's residential service in Liverpool. As Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and overall success of the home, fostering a culture where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily management and smooth running of the children's residential home. • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care plans that meet the individual needs of each child. • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the staff team, promoting continuous professional development and best practice. • Maintain full compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and legislation set by Ofsted. • Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks effectively. • Build strong relationships with young people, their families, external agencies, and stakeholders. • Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
