Registered Manager, Children's Services About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's residential service in Loughborough. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential children's home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Develop and implement individual care plans, working collaboratively with young people, their families, and external professionals. • Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. • Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all children and young people in our care, acting as the designated safeguarding lead. • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including parents, social workers, and other agencies. • Drive the continuous development of the service, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the quality of care provided.
