In this role, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support to older adults and individuals living with dementia or physical disabilities. Working dedicated day shifts, you will empower service users to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Whether you are looking for the stability of a permanent part-time contract or the flexibility of bank hours, this position offers the chance to build meaningful relationships while delivering vital care in the local community. Key Responsibilities • Assisting service users with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and personal hygiene • Supporting with safe moving and positioning to ensure comfort and mobility • Preparing meals, encouraging hydration, and helping with light household tasks • Providing vital companionship, active listening, and emotional reassurance • Supporting individuals living with dementia through patient communication and comforting routines • Accurately recording notes at each visit and communicating any changes in wellbeing to the wider team Why Join Our Team We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, person-first working environment where our care team feels valued and appreciated.
