Key Responsibilities • Provide direct support and care to children and young people, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community engagement. • Implement individual care plans, ensuring a person-centred approach tailored to each young person's needs. • Engage in therapeutic and recreational activities, fostering a positive and stimulating environment. • Monitor and record progress, behaviour, and any incidents, communicating effectively with team members and senior staff. • Support young people in managing challenging behaviours, utilising de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour support strategies. • Work collaboratively with families, external professionals, and agencies to ensure holistic support.
