Support Worker About the Role We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our Children's Services team, providing essential care and support to children and young people in a nurturing environment. You will work as part of a supportive team, contributing to a safe, stable, and stimulating home for our residents. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct care and support to children and young people, assisting with daily routines such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. • Engage children and young people in educational, recreational, and social activities, both within the home and in the community. • Support the emotional and social development of residents, acting as a positive role model and fostering a sense of belonging. • Observe and report on the well-being and progress of children, ensuring all care plans are followed diligently. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
