Registered Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Home Location: Bradford (BD6) Salary: £50,000–£53,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent, full-time About this role: Open a brand-new, single-child home – and build it your way. Oasis House is a new therapeutic children’s home in Bradford for one child aged 5–17, awaiting Ofsted registration. You’ll register as manager, recruit the team and set a trauma-informed, PACE-led culture from day one. You’ll: • Lead the home through registration and its first Ofsted inspection • Recruit, supervise and develop a values-led team • Lead safeguarding and advocate hard for the child • Keep the home inspection-ready every day You’ll need: • Significant leadership experience in residential childcare • Level 5 in Residential Childcare (or we’ll fund it) • Strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards • Experience with trauma, autism, ADHD or learning disabilities You can email us at enquiries@oasis-house.net or message us through the platform, or call 07546054868 for an informal chat.
