About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our children's services in Swadlincote. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Provide strong, inspirational leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment • Oversee the day-to-day management of the children's home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and education for all residents • Develop and implement individual care plans, working collaboratively with children, their families, and external professionals • Ensure compliance with all Ofsted regulations, CQC standards, and company policies, preparing for and participating in inspections • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently, ensuring effective allocation and utilisation • Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all children and young people, acting as the designated safeguarding lead • Recruit, train, and develop staff, supporting their professional growth and ensuring effective performance management • Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including external agencies, families, and the local community What We Offer • A competitive annual salary ranging from £63,000 to £70,000 • A permanent, full-time position working day shifts, 40 hours per week • The chance to lead a passionate team and shape the future of a vital children's service • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning within the role • A supportive management team committed to your success
