Key Responsibilities • Assist the Registered Manager in all aspects of home management, including staff supervision, rota planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, fostering a supportive and positive working culture. • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of each child. • Oversee safeguarding practices and act as a positive role model for both staff and residents. • Support young people in achieving their personal goals and promoting their overall well-being. • Participate in on-call duties as required by the needs of the service.
