Team Leader About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Team Leaders to join our Children's Services team in Bexley. This is a vital role where you will support the Deputy and Registered Managers in the running of a child-centred setting, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently met. You will be instrumental in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for young people, fostering their development and well-being. We offer a variety of shifts to suit different lifestyles, including waking nights, sleep-ins, twilights, long days, nights, and standard day shifts, and we have openings for permanent, temporary, fixed-term, and bank contracts. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals, ensuring excellent standards of care delivery. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's service, in collaboration with management. • Act as a positive role model, promoting a supportive and engaging atmosphere for both residents and staff. • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, focusing on the needs and aspirations of each child. • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and compliant environment. • Participate in staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Undertake administrative duties as required, supporting the efficient operation of the service.
