About the Role We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Cannock, providing essential care within Children's Services. You will work within a supportive environment, focused on delivering person-centred care and creating a safe, nurturing space for children and young people. We have a variety of contract options available including permanent, temporary, fixed-term, and bank, with flexible shifts covering days, nights, long days, twilight hours, sleep-ins, and waking nights to fit your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct care and support to children and young people, assisting with daily routines and personal care where needed. • Engage children in enriching activities, promoting their development and well-being. • Help to create and maintain a positive, stimulating, and safe environment. • Report and record observations accurately and professionally. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children in our care.
