About the Role We are looking for an inspiring and compassionate professional to guide our support team within a vibrant children's residential setting. In this role, you will lead by example, creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering atmosphere where young people can flourish, build resilience, and reach their full potential. As a driving team leader, you will be instrumental in helping the young people in our care access education, appointments, and enriching community activities. You will set high standards of care, support your colleagues through day-to-day challenges, and ensure the smooth running of the home across various shift patterns.
