Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our children’s home. You will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts and support the management team in the daily operation of the home Provide guidance and supervision to Residential Support Workers Promote a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people Ensure all safeguarding procedures and care plans are followed Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews Support with staff development and training Maintain accurate records and reports Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting Full UK driving licence – essential Strong leadership and communication skills Sound knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations What We Offer Competitive salary Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive management team Opportunities for career progression
