Key Responsibilities • Provide direct support and supervision to young people in various settings, including their homes and out in the community. • Assist young people with daily living activities, promoting independence and life skills development. • Implement individual care plans and behaviour support strategies effectively. • Engage young people in educational, recreational, and social activities. • Transport young people safely to appointments, school, and leisure activities using company vehicles. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided and any incidents. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care. • Offer emotional support and act as a positive role model, fostering trust and rapport. What We Offer We offer a variety of contract types including permanent, fixed-term, temporary, and bank positions, with shifts available across days, nights, long days, twilight, sleep-ins, and waking nights to provide flexibility. You will have the opportunity to work approximately 40 hours per week, earning between £12 and £14.50 per hour.
