We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Children's Services team. Key Responsibilities • Provide effective leadership and supervision to a team of care professionals, ensuring best practices are consistently maintained. • Support the development and implementation of individual care plans, working collaboratively with staff, young people, and their families. • Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times. • Participate in creating a supportive and engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of young people. • Oversee daily routines, activities, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. • Act as a positive role model, guiding and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. • Work a varied shift pattern that may include days, nights, long days, twilight shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights, providing consistent support to our residents.
