Team Leader - Level 3 About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in Rochdale. This permanent position offers a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, providing leadership and support within a residential care setting. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of shifts, guiding your team, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for the children in our care. You will be instrumental in implementing care plans and upholding our high standards of care. Key Responsibilities • Provide effective leadership and supervision to a team of care professionals during various shifts, including days, nights, long days, sleep-ins, twilights, and waking nights. • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans, ensuring they are person-centred and holistic. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential setting, including managing household tasks and ensuring a secure and stimulating environment. • Act as a positive role model, promoting healthy relationships and positive behaviour among the young people. • Liaise effectively with other professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
