About this role
We are looking for fabulous new team member to join our team. We have 2 roles available. 1 x Full Time and 1 x PT. You will be joining a well established team, working as a senior or junior personal care assistant in a small personalised care setting for 2 young ladies with PMLD. It is a home, not a facility. Purpose built and only completed in 2022, it is a single level country home outside of Alcester surrounded by beautiful countryside and on a busy site with accessible/adapted holiday cottages and a variety of animals. There is 2 cottages on site with 4 young residents. You will be joining and working across teams, but have a main base in the girls residence. Must enjoy engaging with other local teams, be willing to travel County/UK and World Wide (by agreement) to help the residents live their best lives. The residents are all extremely sociable and like to spend time with friends and being out and about, enjoy swimming, cycling, animals and the outdoors. We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to become an active member of our team. You will either be a working in a caring role and have relevant experience or have previously worked in a setting with people with Learning Disabilities. We are open to accepting a Junior into this position, with the potential to complete all relevant training and progress within the company. Must be able to drive, work a flexible rota of 20 to 38 hours per week over a 7 day period, opportunity to include sleep shifts in this role. If you have a can do attitude, get in touch for a chat.
