About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader - Level 3 to join our Children's Services team in the East Midlands. Key Responsibilities • Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals, ensuring the delivery of excellent standards of care and support. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care setting, including planning and coordinating activities and routines. • Advocate for the children and young people in our care, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. • Support the development and implementation of individual care plans, working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals. • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. • Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment where children and young people can thrive.
