We also offer a range of shifts, including waking nights, sleep-ins, twilights, long days, nights, and days, for a 40-hour working week. Key Responsibilities • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people, assisting with daily routines and activities. • Engage in activities that promote independence, social skills, and personal development. • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, adhering to all safeguarding policies and procedures. • Administer medication as required, following strict guidelines. • Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary documentation. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to provide holistic support. • Act as a positive role model, fostering a stable and encouraging environment. • Transport children and young people to appointments, school, and activities as needed, utilising your driving skills.
