Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals, promoting best practice and ensuring excellent care delivery for young people. • Engage directly with children and young people, providing emotional support, positive reinforcement, and assistance with daily routines. • Develop and implement personalised care plans, focusing on the individual needs and developmental goals of each child. • Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours with a calm and therapeutic approach, ensuring the safety and well-being of all. • Oversee daily activities, outings, and educational support, creating a stimulating and supportive atmosphere. • Maintain clear and accurate records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies. • Act as a positive role model, championing the rights and voices of the children and young people in our care.
