The average working week is 40 hours. This role requires you to hold a valid UK driving licence, as you will be transporting young people to appointments, activities, and school. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct care and support to young people, promoting their independence and well-being. • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management where necessary. • Organise and participate in engaging activities, both within the home and in the community. • Safely transport young people to school, appointments, and recreational outings using company vehicles. • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to support. • Act as a positive role model, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
