Team Leader - Driver About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in Salford M7. This vital role involves supporting young people in a residential setting, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping positive experiences for our residents, guiding a team of support workers, and contributing to a nurturing environment. A key aspect of this position is driving, as you will be responsible for transporting our young people to appointments, activities, and educational settings, requiring a full UK driving licence and comfortable driving experience.
