Key Responsibilities • Provide direct personal care and support to children and young people, promoting their dignity and independence. • Assist with daily activities, including educational and recreational pursuits, both within the home and in the community. • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, observing and reporting on progress and any concerns. • Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for the children and young people. • Engage in positive and supportive communication with children, their families, and other professionals. • Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
