About the Role We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our Children's Services team in Oakleigh Gardens. This is a vital role where you will make a real difference in the lives of young people facing challenging behaviours. Key Responsibilities • Provide consistent and compassionate support to children and young people with challenging behaviours. • Assist with daily routines, personal care, and educational activities as needed. • Implement individual care plans, observing and documenting progress and any changes. • Engage children in enriching activities, both within the home and in the wider community. • Act as a positive role model, guiding young people towards positive choices and behaviours. • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
