Key Responsibilities • Lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's residence, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. • Support young people with their daily routines, educational pursuits, and social development. • Engage in planning and implementing activities that promote well-being and personal growth. • Communicate effectively with young people, their families, and external professionals, acting as a key point of contact. • Ensure all care plans are followed diligently and contribute to their ongoing development and review. • Administer medication and manage relevant documentation accurately. • Undertake driving duties as required, transporting young people to appointments, activities, and outings.
