About the Role Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Children's Services team in Stafford. In this vital role, you will provide essential support, guidance, and care to children and young people in a residential setting, helping them to develop independence, achieve their potential, and lead fulfilling lives. Given the nature of this role, a driving licence is essential to facilitate community access and appointments for the young people in our care.
