Team Leader - Driver About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in Stanmore. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in supporting young people, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development within a nurturing environment. Your days will be varied and rewarding, combining direct care responsibilities with the opportunity to lead and inspire a team. This role also involves driving, so a full UK driving licence is essential to transport young people to appointments, activities, and school. We offer a range of contract types, including permanent, fixed-term, temporary, and bank options, with various shifts available, including waking nights, sleep-ins, twilights, long days, nights, and standard day shifts. You will work 40 hours per week, earning an attractive hourly rate of GBP14 - GBP15.5.
