Deputy Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Home Location: Bradford (BD6) Salary: £36,000–£39,000 (depending on experience) + sleep-ins at £55 per night Contract: Permanent, full-time, 2 on / 4 off About the role: Help build a new home – and be the leader a child sees every day. Oasis House is a new therapeutic children’s home in Bradford for one child aged 5–17, awaiting Ofsted registration. As the Registered Manager’s right hand, you’ll lead shifts and make our trauma-informed, PACE-led approach real every day. You’ll: • Lead handovers and well-run shifts • Coach staff in the moment and spot drift early • Keep safeguarding central and escalate without delay • Turn care plans into everyday practice You’ll need: • Residential childcare experience, including leading shifts • Level 3 in Residential Childcare • Strong safeguarding and behaviour support knowledge • [Full UK driving licence] We offer: funded Level 5, a clear route to Registered Manager, [pension, holiday].
