Key Responsibilities • Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the children's home. • Supervise and mentor a team of care staff, promoting best practice and professional development. • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care, tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each child or young person. • Support in the development, implementation, and review of care plans and risk assessments. • Maintain effective communication with residents, families, external professionals, and colleagues. • Promote a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all residents. • Contribute to the overall compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. • Participate in on-call duties and shift management as required for day shifts.
