Key Responsibilities • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people, tailored to their individual needs and preferences. • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration as required. • Support children and young people in engaging with educational, social, and recreational activities, both within the home and in the community. • Safely transport children and young people to appointments, school, and outings using a company vehicle. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any observations. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, promoting positive outcomes for every child.
