About the Role We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Clevedon, providing vital care and assistance within our children's services. This role involves working with young people who present with challenging behaviours, requiring a calm, patient, and resilient approach. As a Driver, you will play a crucial part in enabling our young people to access community activities, appointments, and educational settings, broadening their experiences and promoting independence. We offer a variety of contract types, including permanent, temporary, fixed-term, and bank opportunities, with flexible shifts covering days, nights, long days, twilights, sleep-ins, and waking nights to suit different lifestyles.
