Role Overview We are looking for a confident and experienced Team Leader to join our team. This role involves leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring the home operates in line with regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the home Support and mentor Residential Support Workers Promote a positive and therapeutic environment for young people Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to at all times Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and documentation Contribute to staff supervision and development Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting Driving licence – not essential Strong leadership and organisational skills Good understanding of Ofsted standards and safeguarding practices What We Offer Competitive salary Continuous professional development Supportive and experienced leadership team Clear progression pathways within the organisation
