About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in Birmingham. As a Team Leader, you will guide and mentor a team of care professionals, ensuring high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct support and supervision to young people with challenging behaviours, promoting their independence and wellbeing. • Lead and motivate a team of care staff, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring a consistent approach to care plans. • Assist with the development and implementation of individualised care plans, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each young person. • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory and organisational policies. • Act as a positive role model for both staff and young people, demonstrating best practice in all aspects of care. • Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and therapeutic environment for our young people.
