Role Overview We are looking for a confident and experienced Team Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring the home operates in line with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts and oversee day-to-day operations Mentor and support Residential Support Workers Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for young people Ensure all safeguarding policies are followed at all times Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and documentation Support staff supervision and development Maintain accurate and compliant records Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting Driving licence – not essential Strong leadership and organisational skills Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding What We Offer Competitive salary Continuous professional development Supportive leadership team Clear career progression opportunities
