Key Responsibilities • Provide person-centred support to young people with challenging behaviour, always prioritising their well-being and development. • Assist with daily routines and activities, promoting independence and life skills. • Engage young people in educational, social, and recreational activities. • Observe and report on young people's progress, behaviour, and any concerns. • Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to all safeguarding policies and procedures. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care. • Offer emotional support and guidance, acting as a positive role model.
