£1,500 bonus per child in the home per month! For example if we have 4 children in the home you will make an extra £6,000 per month in bonus. We are seeking an inspiring, dedicated professional to lead our children's home, creating a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment where young people can thrive. In this pivotal leadership position, you will hold overall operational responsibility for the service, shaping a positive culture of care and ensuring that every child receives individualised, trauma-informed support. Working on a full-time, permanent basis during day hours, you will lead by example. You will empower your team to achieve the highest standards of practice while establishing a warm, structured setting that feels like a genuine home for the young people in your care. Key Responsibilities • Directing the daily operations of the home to maintain exceptional standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance • Inspiring, mentoring, and developing a dedicated staff team through regular reflective supervision, coaching, and practice guidance • Placing the voices and rights of children at the heart of care planning, daily routines, and decision-making • Establishing collaborative working relationships with social workers, educational bodies, healthcare professionals, and families • Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding practices to support positive outcomes and progress for every resident • Managing operational resources effectively to ensure a safe, therapeutic, and enriching physical environment What We Offer • A stable leadership role with structured, predictable day shifts • Regular executive supervision and continuous backing from senior management • Extensive opportunities for professional development and continuous leadership progression • The opportunity to make a lasting, transformative difference to the lives of young people
