Karan is particularly focused on abolishing the idea that residential homes need to rely on recruitment agencies. His model is more direct, transparent and accessible. He combines a strong understanding of the challenges facing the care sector with a clear vision for how technology can make hiring more efficient while creating better opportunities for job seekers. At the heart of Karan’s work is a belief that recruitment is actually very simple, having worked in recruitment since 2018 and even owned his own recruitment agency, Karan knows all you need is an unrestricted access to job seekers in your area and the ability to reach out to them in order to fill your vacancies.
